Do I need to be on strict diet for this, is having 3 or 4 junkfood a week fine? I do eat other healthy foods but I go college 3 days and that’s where I end up with junkfood

im 5’11 and 145lbs, ive been doing so many different types of situps to get a six pack for over a year now and i still dont see that really nice type of six pack i am wanting. can anyone help me out here and say why?
